2 oz Bailey's Biscuit with fork and insert both halves with Baileys
water 5 dl cream & 2 Päckli Rahmhalter, until stiff, spread over both Biscuit, Biscuit put together
5 Merengues crumble and spread over the cake (not on the edge Merengues)
